I love my wetsuit!

I got this suit for surfing in Oregon and river sup. As someone who lives in the mountains I have had great Patagonia gear over the years. Patagonia’s has a reputation of quality, environmental ethos and long lasting gear. The suit has a really good fit for me. It was a bit tight the first few days but now it is easier to get on and off. I really like the 4.5/3.5 combo. It gives you the extra warmth where you need it. All other suits I’ve had you could feel the cold water down your back not with this guy. This suit kept me toasty in the 56 degree water. I’d highly recommend this suit.  Be sure to check out https://www.wetsuitwearhouse.com/ for all you wetsuit needs.  They carry all the top brands and have you covered!

SUP Surfing at Indian Beach Video

Here is a little edit from Oregon. I have to say that this is my new addiction.  I wish I had more than a week a year to do this. Nothing like an empty line up for sunset at Indian Beach.

The song in the video is from Ethan Tucker.  Ethan is currently on the Voice.  He played a few of the Reggae in the Mouhtains festivals. https://vimeo.com/184066277

Mountain Niceness Tour~PNW

With the fires still burning in Idaho it was time to head to coast for some surf,SUP and van time.  First stop was Cannon Beach, Oregon and some surfing at Indian Beach at Ecola State Park.  It was fun talking the Glide Retro 12′ board into the ocean for the first time.

After enjoying some surf stoke it was time to head north on Highway 101 to the Hood Canal at the top of the Pugent Sound.  The canal is paddleboard paradise!  It offers endless flat water paddling with amazing views of the Olympic Mountains.  Nothing like going for a 3 hour paddle and the only thing you see is the seals following you!
