I am very proud to be part of the Grand Targhee Freeride Team for the past 5 years!  Why?  Because The Ghee always delivers with the powder. Ullr delivered over 160 inches in the February and it snowed everyday but one.  Last weekend was the annual Telemark Big Mountain Comp and the storm dumped 39 inches!  I was lucky enough to be the fore runner or should I say pow-runner!  Condition were tough for competitors due to the poor visibility.  The snow on  the other hand was deep which means the kids were sending it big!  Saturday was cancelled due to the nuking snow conditions.  Saturdays skiing was the best day of the season with 16 inches of fresh.  The highlight of the weekend was skiing with all these young tele rippers from all over the west. It is so amazing to see how much Telemark skiing has progressed.  The talent at Targhee was mind blowing.  Everywhere you looked telemark skiers were in the white room and going huge!  I love seeing the direction the sport is going.
